2026 Exhibitor Weapon Registration

WEAPON DISPLAY REGISTRATION

Deadline: May 22, 2026

Companies exhibiting firearms of any kind at NSA 2026 are required to register the manufacturer, model, serial number, and type of each weapon displayed. This includes pellet guns and look-alikes, as well as firearm accessories (silencers, for example).

Weapons display guidelines from the CHI Health Center Convention Center are as follows:

* The exhibitor must comply with all federal, state and local laws governing the possession and/or sale of firearms.
* Firearms must be deactivated by removal of the firing pin, the bolt or otherwise altered so that they are incapable of being fired.
* Firearms may not be loaded or fired in the CHI Health Center Convention Center.

* Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the building.

 NOTE: Failure to register your weapons by the deadline could result in your weapons being prohibited from the show floor. Strict enforcement will be applied. Please read all instructions below.
