Exhibit with NSA in Ft. Lauderdale

Your products and services are of immediate interest to our membership and conference attendees. Sheriffs have buying power and authority for their counties. Sheriffs and their staffs are looking for the newest and most innovative gear, tech and training to strengthen their teams.

This is your opportunity to make valuable contacts and develop relationships on the exhibit hall floor. Industry suppliers from across the country recognize that it is the place to be to reach the buying power of the nation’s sheriffs.

Exhibit Space

The exhibit cost for the Annual Conference in Ft. Lauderdale this summer is $2,750 per 10’x10′ booth; plus $200 for each corner.

The exhibitor package you receive is:

  • 8′ high back wall drape, 3′ high side rail dividers, & company ID sign.
  • Daily aisle maintenance and 24-hour security in the exhibit hall.
  • Two full-conference badges providing access to keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and social events.
  • Company listing on the conference app and floor plan.
  • The pre-conference attendee list (a partial list of early registrants) and the post-conference attendee list.
  • A printed copy of the NSA Sheriff Directory – distributed onsite.
  • A comprehensive exhibitor marketing tool kit.
  • Note: Carpet/Flooring is required. Your company is welcome to bring your own.

Exhibitor Insurance Requirement 

As a standard requirement for all our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate. Insurance Coverage is not optional.

This insurance must be in force during the lease dates of the event, June 23-26, 2025, naming the National Sheriffs’ Association (1450 Duke St. Alexandria, VA 22314) as the certificate holder and as additional insured.

Exhibit Hall Schedule (Subject to Change)

Sunday, June 22, 2025: 

  • Exhibitor Set-Up: 8:00am – 5:00pm (8:00am – 12:00pm reserved for vehicle load-in)

Monday, June 23, 2025:  

  • Attendee & Exhibitor Registration: 7:00am – 7:00pm
  • Exhibitor Set-Up: 8:00am – 4:00pm
  • Exhibit Hours: 5:00pm – 7:00pm (Welcome Reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall during this time. Exhibits are to be set up and staffed.)
  • Expo Open – Grand Opening/Welcome Reception: 5:00pm – 7:00pm

Tuesday, June 24, 2025:

  • Attendee & Exhibitor Registration: 7:30am – 5:30pm
  • Exhibit Hours: 8:30am – 2:00pm
    • (Coffee & Donuts will be available in the morning and Lunch at 11:30am)

Wednesday, June 25, 2025

  • Attendee & Exhibitor Registration: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Exhibit Hall Open: 9:00am – 12:30pm (Coffee & Donuts in the morning)
  • Exhibitor Move-Out: 12:30pm – 11:59pm
